Refund and Returns

At Nordic Linen, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you need to return an item, please review the following guidelines:

Return Timeframe: Customers must return products to Nordic Linen within 14 days from the date of filling out the return statement.

Conditions for Returns:

  • Returned products must be free from faults, packaged, and unused.
  • If a product has been used or the packaging has been damaged, the customer forfeits the right to refunds.
  • Please note that custom-made or made-to-order items are not eligible for return or refund.

Return Postage Costs:

  • Nordic Linen is responsible for return postage costs only for incorrect, mis-described, or faulty items, which can be returned free of charge.
  • For returns or exchanges not due to incorrect, mis-described, or faulty items, customers are responsible for all delivery charges incurred.
  • Please ensure that the correct postage is attached to the return package.

Proof of Return:

  • Customers are advised to obtain a certificate of posting as proof of purchase when returning items.
  • Items must be returned to Nordic Linen via “Recorded Delivery” to ensure they can be tracked with tracking code.
  • Nordic Linen cannot be held responsible for parcels that fail to reach us, so it’s important to obtain proof of postage or receipt when returning items.

Quality Issues:

  • We cover postage costs only for returns of products due to quality issues.

Refund Procedure: To initiate a refund, please contact us with the following information:

  • Order number
  • Product names
  • Reason for returning the items

Refund Processing: Upon receiving the returned products and verifying that they meet the return conditions, Nordic Linen will process the refund promptly. Refunds will be issued no later than 14 days from the date of receiving the returned product.

Refund Method: The refunded amount will be credited back to the same account from which the payment was originally made.
